About Us

About PLX

We map the human experience.

At PLX, we believe that "how you feel at work" shouldn't be a vague sentiment—it should be a visible, measurable, and actionable system.

We built the PLX 5D Experience Wheel™ to solve a specific problem: Professional burnout is rising, yet traditional engagement tools are failing to catch it in time.

Most assessments are too long, too infrequent, or focused solely on "happiness." We focus on functionality, sustainability, and growth.

Our Mission

To transform employee experience from a "soft skill" into a rigorous, data-driven science. We empower individuals and organizations to visualize their wellbeing, identify systemic imbalances, and apply precision improvements—before burnout sets in.

The PLX Philosophy: "Systemic, Not Symptomatic"

We approach human experience through the lens of systems thinking and Lean Management principles.

A high-performing professional is like a high-performance athlete or a complex machine: if one gear is misaligned, the whole system strains.

  • You cannot have Purpose (Dimension 5) if you are in Physical survival mode (Dimension 1).

  • You cannot have Educational Growth (Dimension 4) if Digital Overload (Dimension 2) has shattered your attention span.

We don't just ask "Are you happy?"; we map the five interlinked dimensions that define your reality: Physical, Digital, Emotional, Educational, and Purpose.

Why "5D"?

The modern workplace has changed, but our tools haven't. We introduced the Digital Dimension as a standalone pillar because technology is no longer just a tool—it is the environment we live in. PLX is one of the few assessments globally that measures the physical, social, and mental impact of your digital life.

The Science of Small Steps (Kaizen)

We reject "hustle culture" and radical overnight transformations. They rarely last.

Instead, PLX is built on the philosophy of Kaizen—continuous improvement through small, concrete actions. Our assessment doesn't just give you a score; it gives you micro-steps. Small adjustments to your ergonomics, your communication style, or your digital boundaries that compound into massive results over time.

Who We Are

PLX is a collective of researchers, organizational psychologists, and operational strategists. We are based in [Insert City/Country, e.g., Skopje], but our reach is global.

We exist to serve the modern workforce:

  • The HR Director who needs data, not just feelings.

  • The Team Leader trying to keep their people connected in a hybrid world.

  • The Individual who knows they are capable of more, but feels stuck in the friction of daily work.
