4. Assessment Data — A Note on Sensitive Information
The PLX 5D Experience Wheel™ collects self-reported data about your wellbeing across five dimensions. While this data is personal and we treat it with care, most answers do not fall within the GDPR definition of "special category data" (Article 9) — they are lifestyle and self-reflection inputs rather than clinical health information.
However, some answers may touch on emotional or psychological topics. Where your responses could reveal information about your health or mental state, we rely on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)) as an additional legal basis. You provide this consent by submitting the assessment after being informed of this policy.
You can:
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of your Assessment Data at any time.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Request correction of any inaccurate information.
Assessment Data is used solely to generate your personal report and, in aggregated and anonymized form, to improve the Service. It is never sold.
