Basic gives you your scores across the 5 main dimensions with targeted interventions. Pro unlocks the full picture — detailed breakdowns across all 15 sub-dimensions with specific, science-based interventions for each one. If you're serious about making changes, Pro shows you exactly where to focus.

How long does the assessment take?+

About 10–12 minutes. There are 41 statements rated on a 1–10 scale. Your results and personalized report are available immediately after completion.

Can I retake the assessment?+

Yes. Each purchase gives you one assessment. We recommend waiting 90 days before retaking to allow time for meaningful change. When you're ready, simply purchase again to measure your progress.
