Refunds & Returns

At PLX (doing business as PLX 5D), we take pride in the scientific rigor and quality of our PLX 5D Experience Wheel™ assessment.

Because our products are digital goods delivered via the Internet, they generally cannot be "returned." This policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and exceptions for our digital services.

1. Digital Products (Assessments & Reports)

General Rule: No Refunds on Accessed Content

Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot accept returns for the PLX 5D Experience Wheel™ Assessment, PDF Reports, or Premium/Team Content once they have been accessed or downloaded.

By purchasing a digital product from our site, you acknowledge that:

  1. You are purchasing an immediate license to access digital content.

  2. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (delivery of the assessment/content).

  3. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the "cooling-off period") once the download or assessment has started.

Exceptions (When we WILL refund)

We want to be fair. We will issue a full refund if:

  • Technical Failure: You were unable to access the assessment or download your report due to a technical error on our side, and our support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours.

  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

  • Non-Delivery: You never received the access link or confirmation email (and it is not in your spam folder), and you contacted us within 7 days of purchase.

What is NOT grounds for a refund

  • "I didn't like my results": The PLX 5D is a self-assessment tool based on your inputs. We cannot refund you because you disagree with the analysis generated from your own answers.

  • "I changed my mind": If you have already logged in and viewed the dashboard or started the questionnaire, the service has been consumed.

2. Team Plans & Coaching Services

If you have purchased a Team Plan or Consultation/Coaching Session, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a coaching session or workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or reschedule.

  • No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without 24-hour notice, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Team Assessments: Unused team member seats are non-refundable once the Team Dashboard has been activated.

3. EU & UK Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act, consumers typically have 14 days to change their minds about a purchase.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once performance has begun. By clicking "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" and accessing the PLX 5D tool, you explicitly waive this 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for immediate access to the service.

If you have not yet clicked the link to start your assessment or log in, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us immediately.

  3. Details: Please explain the technical issue or reason for the request.

We review all requests within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  1. Immediately revoke access to your PLX 5D account and all reports.

  2. Dispute the chargeback with evidence of your login activity, IP address, and digital access logs to prove the product was delivered.
