At PLX (doing business as PLX 5D), our primary products are digital assessments, reports, and educational content. As such, we do not ship physical products to your address.
This Digital Delivery Policy outlines how you will receive your purchase.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Upon completing your purchase of the PLX 5D Experience Wheel™ or any other digital service (e.g., Premium/Team plans), you will receive immediate access to your product.
How to access your purchase:

Immediate Access: After checkout is complete, you will typically be redirected to the assessment page or a "Thank You" page with a direct link to start your experience.

Email Confirmation: You will simultaneously receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt and a link to access the assessment or download your PDF report.
2. Delivery Timeline

Assessment Access: Instant. You can begin the PLX 5D Experience Wheel™ immediately after payment.

PDF Reports: Instant. Upon completing the questionnaire, your personalized PDF report is generated and displayed/emailed to you immediately.

Consultations/Coaching: If you purchase a plan that includes a consultation (e.g., Team Plan), you will receive a link to book your session immediately after purchase.
3. Shipping Costs

Digital Products: Free. There are no shipping or handling fees for digital products.
4. International Availability
Because our products are digital, they are available to customers in all countries where our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) operate. You can purchase and access the PLX 5D system from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
5. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your access link or confirmation email within 10 minutes of purchase:
